My weight is up about 1.6 pounds when I was hoping to make an even smaller jump to a 25+ loss. This sucks.
But it’s also entirely my fault. I was thinking the stimulant I was taking was causing the loss – I was drinking Semi-Freddos from Peet’s and slushies from Sonic. Those cost between 200-1,000 calories. They will put weight on you. So it’s not just the stimulant.
It’s also because I exercise once a week. Sometimes twice.
Back to dieting again. Return to exercise. Feh
